Deliver services from the Astoriom portfolio to customers, ensuring all activities follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain product integrity. Support efficient stability storage operations, uphold quality standards, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Responsible for validation of storage equipment within the facility.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to routine customer enquiries and contribute observations and solutions at team meetings.
* Perform stability storage and warehousing duties, including receipt, storage, and dispatch of customer products per SOPs.
* Complete all required documentation (receipt notes, return notes, certificates of storage).
* Prepare and return samples to customers in coordination with the Stability Storage Supervisor.
* Maintain high housekeeping standards and ensure adequate office supplies.
* Act as local contact for accounting and invoicing enquiries.
* Manage all invoicing and financial records for stability suite clients.
* Coordinate all shipments to and from client sites, ensuring best value.
* Collaborate effectively within the team, managing competing priorities and deadlines.
