Your New Company Were delighted to be collaborating with a leading UK Law firm in their search for a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join their expanding Commercial Litigation team in Belfast. Your New Role In your new role as the commercial litigation solicitor, you will form part of a high-performance commercial litigation team, comprising of experts in their respective fields. You will play a vital role in resolving and settling of broad range of disputes for high profile clients. You will also gain unique exposure to a diverse caseload of contentious matters, including; financial services litigation, business disputes, professional negligence, insolvency-related litigation and property disputes. What You Need To Succeed As the commercial litigation solicitor role, you will; Be a qualified solicitor (Northern Ireland, England & Wales or the Republic of Ireland), ideally at Newly Qualified (NQ) level and above, with at least a seat gained in a commercial litigation department of a regional or national law firm. Possess excellent research and drafting skills. Have strong attention to detail and analytical abilities. Work independently and collaboratively within a team.
