Site Manager Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of construction sites, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing construction projects, with excellent leadership and communication skills. You will be responsible for implementing daily and weekly programmes, issuing programme details to sub-contractors, and attending regular meetings with the management team.
You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, including site diaries, and ensuring that all site activities are properly documented.
In this role, you will work closely with the project team to ensure that all aspects of the project are managed effectively, and that the project is delivered to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
* Implement daily and weekly programmes, and issue programme details to sub-contractors.
* Attend regular meetings with the management team to discuss project progress and address any issues that may arise.
* Maintain accurate records, including site diaries, and ensure that all site activities are properly documented.
Requirements
* Proven experience in construction project management, preferably with a similar scope and scale.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of site staff.
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Ability to maintain accurate records and reports, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
