Tax Associate (NQ–3 PQE)€80k - €95k + bonus The Role This is an opportunity to join a leading international law firm with a strong global.
The Dublin Tax team is growing and is now seeking a recently qualified lawyer or accountant to support its expanding financial services practice.
The team advises domestic and international corporations, financial institutions, capital markets participants, and investment fund managers on a wide range of complex and high value transactions.
The work is international in nature, technically strong, and commercially focused.
You will work closely with experienced Tax Partners on a broad mix of advisory and transactional matters, gaining excellent exposure and training within a collegiate and supportive environment.
This role offers a strong platform for long term development within a market leading practice.
You will be involved in: Advising on tax aspects of financial and commercial transactions, including debt capital markets, investment funds, aircraft leasing, M&A, and real estate.
Supporting cross-border tax planning and structuring work.
Working collaboratively with other practice groups on multi-disciplinary matters.
Assisting with the preparation of tax advice and technical analysis for clients.
Engaging directly with clients alongside senior lawyers and partners.
Developing strong technical capability through ongoing training, mentoring, and supervision.
The Person You will be a strong fit if you bring: Qualification as a lawyer or accountant, with NQ–3 years' PQE .
Completion of, or progression towards, Chartered Tax Adviser qualification.
Experience working in a tax role within a recognised law or accounting firm.
Strong academic background and developing tax technical skills.
Excellent drafting and analytical ability.
Commercial awareness and a practical approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with clients and colleagues.
A proactive mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
