We are seeking an experienced and driven Branch Manager to lead the operations and sales function of a high-performing branch. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on branch development, operational efficiency, and people management across key performance metrics. Key Responsibilities: Take full ownership of branch performance, driving sales and profitability. Develop and maintain relationships with large-scale builders and contractors, leading high-value negotiations. Oversee daily branch operations, including stock management, purchasing, and supplier engagement. Lead, support, and develop the sales team to achieve individual and branch targets while delivering excellent customer service. Manage customer accounts, pricing structures, and contracts in collaboration with the credit control team. Ensure the yard operates safely and efficiently, including regular checks and maintenance on trucks and forklifts. Monitor branch KPIs, continuously identifying areas for improvement and growth. Skills & Experience Required: Proven track record in sales, with strong experience negotiating with large-scale or key clients. Demonstrated leadership ability with strong people management and team development skills. Experience in stock control, purchasing, and supplier relationship management. Commitment to delivering excellent customer service and developing long-term customer relationships.
