Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Field Service Engineer in the retail sector.
This role is ideal for candidates with foundational experience in electronic security systems who are looking to grow their skills within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
* Provide first-line support for electronic security systems, including CCTV, access control and intruder detection.
* Respond to service calls and carry out routine maintenance inspections.
* Assist with minor installations and system upgrades as required.
* Accurately complete service documentation and reports.
* Collaborate with senior engineers on larger service tasks.
* Deliver excellent customer service and represent the company in a professional manner.

Requirements
* 13 years of experience in electronic security systems or related field.
* Knowledge of CCTV, access control, and/or alarm systems.
* Experience working with clients in the commercial and retail sectors.
* Familiarity with networking and IP-based systems is a must.
* Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
* Good attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Self-motivated with a customer-first attitude.
