Main Purpose of Job
Supporting the primary and secondary education sector for over 55 years, Toomey AV is a leading provider of Audio-Visual equipment. We are now seeking a customer focused Customer Service Executive to manage a portfolio of contract and non-contract customers.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, responding promptly to customer enquiries, preparing and following up on quotes, and driving sales opportunities through effective follow-up and communication with customers. Additionally, this role involves promoting our services via our eMarketing campaigns and ensuring our offerings are visible and resonating with our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer queries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
* Prepare quotes for customers ensuring they best match their needs.
* Follow up on quotes provided with the purpose of converting into sales opportunities.
* Manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and optimise retention.
* Actively follow up on eMarketing campaigns and initiatives.
* Promote the full range of our educational services and ensure our offerings are visible to all customers.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.
* Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
* Stay informed about new products, services, and industry trends.
Experience Expected
· At least 2 years proven experience in a customer service, sales, or a related role, preferably within the education sector.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to multi-task and manage a high volume of customer interactions.
