N37 EA09, IrelandMode of employment: ContractDuties & ResponsibilitiesTo provide End to End Hands and Feet support for client.Install and maintain servers and network devices and other data center equipmentRacking, stacking, and cabling of network devices, servers and blade enclosures and other data center appliancesReplacement of parts like power supplies, switch modules, replacement of blade in chassisAssist with hardware troubleshootingSupport data center management teams located remotely with maintenance activities by providing hands and feet supportImplement data center management best practicesExperience with consoles, KVM, Remote Site gateways etc.Prepare and maintain data center inventoryCreate and maintain rack elevation diagramsEscort and assist third party engineers coming into the data centerExperience in using ticketing systemsDaily walk through and reporting on any abnormalities observed.
