The role is fulltime, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.Role And ResponsibilitiesAct as the first point of contact for customers, greeting them warmly in person and by phone.Manage incoming calls, emails, and enquiries, directing them to the appropriate department.Maintain a professional, welcoming reception area and showroom.Schedule and confirm Sales appointments, test drives, or sales consultations.Support the sales and service teams with administrative tasks (data entry, filing, registrations, updating CRM systems).Manage customer waiting areas, offering refreshments and ensuring comfort.Coordinate incoming and outgoing post, deliveries, and general office duties.Assist with dealership events, promotions, or marketing activities when required.About YouExcellent communication and interpersonal skills friendly, approachable, and professional at all times.Customer-focused attitude with the ability to make every visitor feel valued.Strong organisational skills able to multitask, manage a busy reception, and prioritise effectively.Professional appearance and manner, reflecting the dealerships standards.IT literacy (MS Office, booking systems, CRM tools).Attention to detail in handling bookings, paperwork, and customer data.Team player who supports colleagues across sales, service, and admin.Prior experience in reception, hospitality, or customer service (motor industry preferred but not essential).Flexible, positive, and able to remain calm under pressure.
