* Train and mentor new warehouse operatives and develop professional relationships.
* Ensure pick & pack of all products are carried out as per operating procedures.
* Communicate effectively with other departments and management on issues that occur.
* Monitor and report on line performance, identifying areas for improvement on efficiency and productivity across the site.
* Ensure trucks are unloaded/loaded in a timely manner while adhering to Company Health & Safety policies.
* Ensure all deliveries from Citywest and other depots are sorted into the correct routes in a timely manner.
* Resolve issues with Driver EPOD units.
* Prepare required reports and deal with missing or damaged customer orders.
* Ensure that the housekeeping is always of the highest standard throughout the facility.
* Ensure the security of the site.
* Perform any other duties as required.
**Key Skills & Experience:*** Supervisory / Team Leader experience is desirable.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Excellent Analytical Skills (numerical and written) with strong planning and organizing skills.
* Interpersonal skills and the ability to work at all levels in a large organization.
* Proven ability to operate as part of a multi-functional team.
* Knowledge of MS Office and Warehouse Management Systems is an advantage.
* Ability to work effectively under time and delivery pressures.
