Receptionist/Front of House Role
We are seeking a professional and organised individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Front of House in our Newry HQ.
About the Role
* Manage day-to-day front-of-house operations and support the smooth functioning of office activities.
* Create a welcoming and professional environment for clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet visitors with warmth and professionalism, maintaining exceptional client service standards.
* Manage visitor sign-in, security passes, and meeting room schedules efficiently.
* Coordinate hospitality services and liaise with catering providers as required.
* Handle switchboard calls and direct them appropriately.
* Process incoming and outgoing mail, manage office supplies and services (stationery, couriers, confidential waste, etc.).
* Be the first point of contact for internal office-related queries.
* Provide general administrative support and assist with events and ad hoc tasks across the team.
Your Skills and Experience
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Confident using Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
* Experience in a reception/front-of-house role.
* Proactive, approachable, and a strong team player.
* Meticulous attention to detail.
