Job Title: Depot Manager
The role of a Depot Manager is to oversee the day-to-day operations of the depot, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
In this position, you will be responsible for managing a team of staff, overseeing the movement of goods in and out of the depot, scheduling installations and maintaining accurate records. You will also be required to manage staff holidays, sickness and lateness as well as conduct annual performance reviews.
You must have excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire your team. A full driving licence is essential for this role along with previous leadership experience.
