What You’ll Do
* Manage relationships with assigned partners in your territory, increasing adoption, retention, and satisfaction.
* Grow accounts and meet new business quotas with a small team.
* Identify and develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
* Build trusted, strategic relationships with partners and demonstrate the ongoing value of our products and services.
* Develop, prepare, and nurture customers for advocacy.
* Work with partners to set goals and key performance indicators, helping them achieve these targets.
* Respond to inbound support issues related to product renewal or changes.
* Advocate for partners' needs and issues across departments.
* Achieve KPIs, quotas, and territory objectives.
Skills You’ll Need
* At least 3 years’ experience (preferably SaaS) in a channel-facing role.
* Multilingual in German and/or French.
* Entrepreneurial, creative, self-motivated, and results-driven.
* Experience working closely with channel partners and clients to grow and retain business.
* Strong forecasting, planning, and activity management skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
* Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
