Responsibilities:
* Deliver exciting, engaging fitness programs and group classes
* Support members in achieving their fitness and wellness goals
* Create personalised fitness assessments and training programs
* Provide professional gym-floor supervision
* Prioritise member safety and studio cleanliness
* Help maintain high facility standards, including water quality checks and maintenance reporting
* Work as part of a passionate, energetic team committed to excellence
What You'll Bring to the Role:
* Fully qualified Gym Instructor, Class Instructor, and Personal Trainer certification
* Experience delivering group fitness classes
* A passion for helping others succeed and reach their potential
* Strong communication skills and a positive, motivating attitude
* Ability to tailor programs to all fitness levels
* Team-player mentality with initiative and professionalism
* Flexibility to work early mornings, late shifts, and weekends
