Commercial Manager
Commercial Manager with at least 2 years’ experience at Commercial Manager level or similar required to join a Tier 1 Main Building Contractor to work on the traditional building side of the business (mostly large scale apartments projects). This contractor has a strong pipeline of projects across Ireland for the foreseeable future and is in their busiest year ever. The successful commercial manager will play a key role in the company’s future development, report to the Commercial Director and be responsible for several large projects. Our client will consider an experienced Senior QS with a good track record looking to progress to this level.
Requirements:
* Strong commercial awareness, ideally 2+ years’ experience as a Commercial Manager
* Client facing
* Leadership skills
* Good negotiation skills
* Experience working for a main contractor with a building/industrial/commercial engineering background and experience with various types of contract forms
* Degree qualification in Construction Management, Surveying or Commercial Management
