Job Overview
This role is responsible for overseeing project delivery from inception to completion.
* We are seeking a seasoned professional with experience in managing full turnkey data centre projects.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
1. Managing CSA/M&E main contracts across Europe and the Middle East.
2. Cordinating with Tier 1 main contractors, stakeholders and clients in various sectors including Pharma, Hospital Construction, Energy, Industrial and Commercial.
3. Driving project schedules, budgets and quality standards.
4. Ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory and sustainability requirements.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Senior Project Manager/Contracts Manager/Project Director experience.
* A strong background in managing Tier 1 main contractors.
* Experience working in Pharma, Hospital Construction, Energy, Industrial or Commercial projects.
* Data centre (DC) experience is favored but not essential.
* Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
