Parts Advisor
Our retail operations are experiencing significant growth, and we are seeking a skilled Parts Advisor to join our team at BMW Retail Centre. If you have experience in managing parts departments and providing exceptional customer service, this is an exciting opportunity for you.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing high-quality service to meet the needs of technicians and customers.
* Observing compliance with BMW standards for proper parts management.
* Handling parts enquiries through various channels (in person, by phone or email).
* Maintaining accurate records of stock levels, supplier orders and deliveries.
* Ensuring efficient communication with colleagues across all departments.
