Project Manager Job Description
The successful Project Manager will be working on Residential projects from commencement to completion in Cork/Munster. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual looking to develop their career in project management, with the potential to progress to a Contracts Manager role.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Providing leadership to the project team through all aspects of the project;
* Ensuring Health & Safety standards are of the highest possible standard;
* Familiarising yourself with contract documents drawings, specifications, BOQ etc.;
* Maintaining collaborative and professional relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and stakeholders;
Required Skills and Qualifications:
A minimum 5 years experience within the residential sector is essential. A relevant third level degree in engineering or construction management would be preferable along with knowledge of public utility service provider requirements.
