Role Overview
Play a critical role in building capability and operational rigor in teams, and driving and sustaining continuous improvement within an organization. This full time role is focused on supporting team leaders and manager to understand their operation better using a range of Operational Excellence and Coaching tools and techniques, and to ultimately support the teams and business area to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Scope, plan and implement Team by Team (TbT) OE projects across various business areas to drive continuous improvement.
* Coach teams, team leaders and team managers on the tools and behaviours that will drive improvements in their teams
* Provide technical support in OE tools and techniques
* Facilitate workshops and training including Team by Team Training, problem solving sessions, customer purpose, capacity and planning and process mapping
* Manage program deliverables
* Identify, track and deliver benefits which may include cost savings, capacity release, revenue generation, employee engagement and uplift in skills
Key Skills and Experience
* Strong knowledge of Lean, Agile and Service design methodologies (LSS BB preferred).
* Experience in coaching, working across different business areas with a variety of different stakeholders
* Experienced interpersonal, influencing and communication skills.
* Be an exemplar of the Group`s Purpose and Values with a proven ability of acting with the highest levels of integrity, confidentiality and discretion.
* Evidence of strong critical thinking, judgement, analytical and problem solving skills as demonstrated within a matrix environment of a large and complex organisation.
* Experience in using agile methodologies.
* Ability to use Lean and Six Sigma tools to solve complex product problems, satisfy critical to quality customer requirements and eliminate waste.
