Project Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the project management function, including project planning, budgeting, and risk management
* Oversight of the on-site team and tracking data for budgets, contracts, change orders, trends, and actual costs
* Direct a team to establish a unified and high standard of data outputs
