eir evo talent is currently seeking applicants for an Enterprise Architect. This is a day rate contract position located with our client in Dublin 2. The initial duration of this contract is 36 months, with additional possible renewals. This is a hybrid role.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with business leaders to understand organizational objectives and develop IT strategies that align with business goals.
* Define and maintain the overall IT architecture, ensuring it supports the organization’s current and future needs.
* Evaluate and recommend technology solutions to meet business requirements.
* Ensure the integration and interoperability of different IT systems and applications.
* Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through technology solutions.
* Design and implement efficient and effective business processes to enhance overall operational performance.
* Identify potential risks and challenges associated with IT strategies and propose mitigation strategies.
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
* Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
* Provide guidance and support to project teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements:
* Proven experience (7 years) as an Enterprise Architect, demonstrating a successful track record of aligning IT strategies with business objectives.
* Experience with cloud-based technologies and microservices architecture.
* Knowledge of working with the following technologies: SharePoint, Azure, Dynamics, WordPress, Lotus Notes, BizTalk, DB2.
