Improve IT Sustainability by Repairing Laptops and PCs
We are seeking a full-time repair technician to join our team in Naas. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Diagnosing and repairing laptops, PCs, tablets, and related IT equipment
* Replacing and repairing components such as motherboards, screens, batteries, and keyboards
* Soldering skills to carry out component-level repairs where required
To ensure quality standards before dispatch. Assisting with order processing when necessary. Work closely with colleagues to resolve complex repair issues.
About the Role:
* Maintenance of high-quality standards across various IT hardware devices such as laptops, desktops,
a nd mobile devices.
* Possession of strong problem-solving skills with an ability to troubleshoot complex technical
s issues efficiently.
