Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement leadership development strategies and pathways
* Oversee the work of the team in Leadership and Talent
* Drive succession planning and high-potential development initiatives
* Coach senior leaders to enhance leadership effectiveness
* Partner with business leaders on talent acceleration strategies
* Align leadership development with the organization's future needs
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Strong experience in leadership development and executive coaching
* Strategic talent management and succession planning expertise
* Excellent facilitation and coaching skills
* Comfortable working with senior stakeholders
* Strong understanding of Agile leadership behaviours
