Job Summary
This role involves providing strategic financial support to the organization in achieving its objectives. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day finances and ensuring alignment with business goals.
Main Responsibilities:
* i.) Strategic Financial Planning: Support development of annual budgets, forecast models, and strategic plans aligned with organizational objectives.
* ii.) Financial Analysis & Insights: Prepare regular management reports highlighting variances against budget/forecast and actionable recommendations for improvement.
* iii.) Operations Management: Oversee effective day-to-day operations of finance department including cash flow management, account payable/receivable functions.
