FMR process
o Collaborate proactively with regional and country partners to deliver launch plans
o Successfully apply digital strategies and other innovative approaches
· Partners on insight development with the Insights & Analytics team for key launch products; conducts advanced analysis at each stage of the launch excellence process and generates summary reports on key performance indicators once products launch
· Responsible for the marketing of our equipment portfolio, including phaco, laser cataract, refractive surgical equipment, and dry eye portfolio
o Develop and execute the regional portfolio strategy based on market and customer insights
o Drive portfolio rationalization and prioritization
o Establish pricing strategies to maximize portfolio profitability and market share, including regular pricing reviews with data supported from the Comm Ex team
o Partner with, proactively influence, and enable Country Marketing & Sales organizations for effective deployment to execute the marketing plan
o Build relationships with key opinion leaders
o Implement new tools from S&IMC team to streamline in-market marketing work
o Creative agency management
· Manage the portfolio financial performance to achieve business plan goals
o Analyse and improve top line and profitability performance
o Set budget and assess marketing spend effectiveness
· Collaborate and engage with JJSV EMEA Marketing team and cross-functional partners
o EMEA: Supply Chain, Market Access, Commercial Training, Professional Education, Professional Services; Global Strategic Marketing
o Relationship building to enable country marketing and influence over plans

Who are we looking for?
A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required.
A minimum of 10 years relevant business experience.
A minimum of 6 years progressive marketing experience or commercial experience with a consistent track record of business results is required
