Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to oversee the negotiation of contracts with key stakeholders in chemical & gas warehousing and consolidated warehousing. The successful candidate will identify opportunities for process improvement and implement required changes with support from the Ireland Productivity Manager.
Key Responsibilities
* Negotiate and manage contractual relationships with suppliers and customers.
* Identify new processes and continuous improvement opportunities, implementing required changes.
* Develop annual budget submissions and conduct cost and sales analysis for review.
* Negotiate contract renewals with international ocean freight providers.
Requirements
* Possess a qualification in procurement or supply chain management, or significant working experience within a similar role.
* Demonstrate a strong track record in commercial procurement management, with experience managing teams and developing their capabilities.
* Excel in communication and interpersonal skills, influencing stakeholders at all levels.
* Prioritize continuous improvement initiatives and embody integrity as a role model.
