We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Front Office Coordinator.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the front office, including greeting visitors, overseeing the inbox, and updating contact lists.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the front office area, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for clients and staff.
* Greet and direct visitors, responding to queries and providing information as required.
* Oversee the inbox, ensuring prompt and efficient handling of mail and emails.
* Update contact lists, phone directories, and email contacts regularly.
* Book couriers, taxis, and other services as needed.
* Manage meeting rooms, including setting up and preparing for events.
* Prepare catering orders and manage stationery supplies.
* Liaise with the IT department for all IT requirements, including room set-ups.
* Collaborate with stationery reps from each floor to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
* Highly organized and skilled individual with excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
* Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
