The Role
We are working with a top-tier Irish law firm who are seeking an Associate Solicitor to join their Commercial Disputes practice within their Dublin office.
The successful candidate will join an award-winning Disputes & Investigations team, advising on a range of complex, high-profile commercial disputes, across litigation, arbitration, mediation, and negotiation, often with a multi-jurisdictional element. The candidate’s duties will include advising on commercial disputes and contentious tech issues, advising on methods of dispute resolution, working on defamation claims, supporting clients on white collar crime issues, and engaging with regulators regarding all forms of regulatory enquiries.
This role will offer the candidate the opportunity to work with some of the largest Irish and global companies in a range of sectors, including tech, financial services, and life sciences. The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to participate in business development initiatives while managing client relationships.
3-7 PQE
