Our organization provides residential and supported living services to people with complex support needs. As a Social Care Worker or Assistant Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our service users to live fulfilling lives.

1. Supporting service users with their daily plans and activities
2. Providing assistance with education, skills development, and achieving personal outcomes
3. Helping with daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Level 7/8 degree in Social Care/Healthcare or related discipline (registered with CORU)
* No qualification is required for the Assistant Support Worker role, but all necessary training will be provided
* A full driver's license is required, or you must be in the process of achieving one
