We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Marketing Executive to join our dynamic motor dealership team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing—preferably within the automotive sector—and a passion for creating campaigns that drive leads, build brand awareness, and increase customer engagement. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies across digital and traditional platforms to support vehicle sales, service promotions, and brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement marketing campaigns to drive foot traffic, website visits, and lead generation for both new and used vehicle sales.
* Manage all digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, Google Ads, SEO, and PPC.
* Create engaging content for social media, email newsletters, website, and local advertising.
* Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, CRM reports, and social media insights.
* Coordinate and manage dealership events, promotions, sponsorships, and seasonal campaigns.
* Build strong working relationships with vehicle manufacturers, advertising agencies, and media partners to align on-brand initiatives.
* Oversee the dealership website, ensuring all vehicle listings, offers, and content are current and accurate.
* Manage marketing budgets, supplier contracts, and invoicing.
* Stay up to date on automotive market trends, local competition, and consumer behaviour.
Requirements:
* Proven experience (3+ years) in a marketing role, ideally within the automotive, retail, or dealership environment.
* Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Mailchimp, etc.).
* Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Keyloop, Dealer Management Systems) is a plus.
* Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
* Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a sales-focused team.
* Valid driver's license.
Desirable Qualifications:
* Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
* Familiarity with automotive brands, dealership operations, and customer lifecycle.
* Experience working with OEM marketing guidelines (e.g., manufacturer co-op marketing programs).
