Senior Nursing Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking an exceptional nursing professional to assume a key role in the leadership of our healthcare facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Director of Nursing and contributing to the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.
About the Role:
* Provide clinical and operational management support to the Director of Nursing.
* Lead, mentor, and motivate nursing and care teams to achieve excellence in patient care.
* Oversee care planning, medication management, and clinical audits to ensure compliance with HIQA standards.
* Contribute to policy development and quality improvement initiatives that promote resident well-being and staff development.

What We're Looking For:
* Active NMBI registration is required.
* A minimum of 3 years experience in a senior nursing role, preferably within the care of the elderly sector.
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills are essential.
