Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Operations Director to oversee the end-to-end delivery of room builds.
* Project Management: Ensure timely, within-budget delivery of projects by implementing effective project management strategies.
* Operations Excellence: Develop and maintain efficient construction operations, including logistics, procurement, and supplier coordination.
* People & Subcontractor Management: Coordinate subcontracting teams, assign subcontractors, and monitor their performance and site compliance.
* Process Improvement: Conduct regular internal reviews, refine processes as needed, and investigate systems and building methods.
Requirements
* Relevant degree or equivalent experience in construction management.
* Formal project management training is an advantage.
* At least 5 years' experience in project or operations management within the construction sector.
