The role
Data Analyst - SQL, Tableau, Power BI, BI Publisher
The team is seeking a Data Analyst with experience in SQL, Tableau, Power BI and BI Publisher. Your role is to create dashboards and reports to support the business partners as well as migrate reports from legacy platform to new platforms effectively and efficiently.
The Expertise We’re Looking For
1. 5+ years of industry experience as a software application engineer and developer
2. B.S. degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent technical field
3. Ability to work independently, build communication and rapport with partners, stakeholders
4. Expert knowledge in writing SQL using Analytical and Aggregate functions in ANSI standards
5. Experience of working on Oracle 12c and above
6. Knowledge on VBA macros and ability to decode and rewrite into SQL
7. Experience with BI tools like Oracle Analytics Publisher/BI Publisher/Crystal reports/PowerBI Report builder to build paginated reports
8. Experience with analytical BI tools like Tableau/PowerBI
9. Knowledge on Autosys or any scheduling tool is preferred
10. Working experience on BI publisher using excel and word template is a huge plus
11. Knowledge on Snowflake is a plus
12. Working experience on Performance tuning is a plus
13. Knowledge of working in an Agile Environment
14. Ability to take initiative, define vision for betterment of products, and execute at high level of quality
15. Ability to anticipate roadblocks, diagnose problems and generate effective solutions
