What You’ll Be Doing
In this dynamic, blended role, you’ll:
Partnering with leaders across Ireland as a trusted HR expert.
You’ll be advising, solving complex people challenges, and ensuring compliance with Irish employment law
Support ER, capability building, and people development
Champion inclusion and a positive employee experience
Deliver high‑impact training, both in regional centres and in the field.
Facilitate sessions that build skills, boost confidence, and drive results.
Use data and insight to influence decisions and performance
Collaborate with People COEs, Franchisees & Restaurant Leaders, Operations & Franchising Directors and Global L&D
This is a key role that shapes culture, builds capability, and strengthens performance across the business.
