Key Duties:
* Develop accurate estimates for labour, materials, and equipment
* Engage with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams
* Contribute to bid and tender submissions
* Monitor market trends to maintain competitiveness
Requirements:
* Degree in Construction/Engineering/Finance
* 5+ years’ estimating experience
* Proficiency with estimating tools
* Excellent analytical and communication skills
