This role involves providing administrative support to the legal team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drafting and formatting legal documents according to house style
* Managing partners' diaries, coordinating meeting requests and scheduling conflicts
* Coordinating correspondence and assisting in responding to clients and internal stakeholders via phonecalls, emails and written correspondence
* Assisting with billing processes
The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and strong communication abilities. A background in document production or diary management would be an advantage.
