Job Description:
We seek an experienced Enterprise Service Architect to lead the design and implementation of comprehensive IT service strategies.
* Develop IT service frameworks, defining service models, support structures, service-level agreements (SLAs), and transition strategies.
* Collaborate with teams across Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity, Service Management, Business Analysis, and Project Delivery for seamless integration of service strategies.
* Ensure service designs adhere to best practices and compliance standards, including ITIL, NIST, and NIS2.
* Design innovative services while refining existing ones to enhance operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and user experience.
* Create detailed documentation for service designs, models, and processes to ensure clarity and alignment across stakeholders.
* Proven experience in leading IT service design and architecture.
* Strong knowledge of ITIL, NIST, NIS2 frameworks, and industry-standard practices.
* Experience working across cross-functional teams.
* Expertise in developing new service models and improving existing services.
