Design Manager Design Manager required for a leading housing developer to work from the head office in Dublin City. Our client is an award-winning property developer and offers a hybrid working model. Role & Responsibilities: Collaborate with project teams to integrate design and construction practices effectively. Conducts design assessments & provide recommendations to optimise project performance. Monitor and reports on project performance. Identify and implements innovative design solutions and best practices. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure designs meet technical and regulatory requirements. Support the project team in resolving design-related issues promptly. Ensure compliance with all relevant building standards and certifications. Requirements: Bachelors degree in a related field (or equivalent experience). Previous experience as a Design Manager within the construction or property industry. In-depth knowledge of residential building practices, standards, and certifications. Experience collaborating with project teams, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent attention to detail.
