Seeking an exceptional Regional Director to lead the operational management of multiple nursing homes across North Dublin.
About the Role:
* Oversee the day-to-day governance and direction of all homes in your region.
* Ensure full compliance with regulatory and quality standards, including risk assessment.
* Implement and maintain operational policies and protocols.
* Promote continuous improvement in the quality of care and service delivery.
* Collaborate with Directors of Nursing to develop and execute quality enhancement plans.
* Support the execution of strategic and operational plans, aligning with overall business goals.
* Achieve all financial and operational KPIs across your area.
* Lead, motivate, and support Directors of Nursing and their teams.
* Manage all HR aspects, including recruitment, retention, and staff development.
Requirements:
* Registration as a nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)
* Minimum 10 years post-registration experience
* 3 years within the previous 6 must be within the care of older people
* Leadership Experience: Minimum 5 years in a senior management role (Director of Nursing or above) within the nursing home sector
* Education: Post-registration qualification in healthcare management or leadership
* Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Health Act 2007 and HIQA standards for designated centres
* Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead regional teams and deliver on strategic objectives
* Financial Acumen: Proven experience in financial and business planning
* Driving Licence: Full clean licence required
Compensation & Benefits:
