We have an exciting opportunity for a talented, experienced and enthusiastic baker to join our production team.
We require someone with excellent planning and organisational skills.
They will be working as part of a small team; however, they must be able to work on their own initiative.
They will have a proven track record of following recipes, food preparation and hygiene procedures.
They must have a passion for excellence in the quality of work that they produce.
Responsibilities Preparing dough for pizza bases, using weigh scales and ingredient recipe sheets.
Controlling dough fermentation.
Manage all sourdough culture & refresh for production.
Maintain production schedule without supervision.
Complete production records to include the tracking of waste, temperature and quality.
Maintain hygiene and orderliness of all equipment, supplies and utensils within the work area.
Handle all food items correctly in keeping with HACCP training.

Preference for candidates with Scratch Mixing experience.
