Sales and Marketing Director Role Overview
This dynamic position requires a seasoned professional to drive revenue growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities include developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns, leading sales efforts to promote venue spaces, and building lasting corporate relationships.
* Ticket Sales & Theatre Marketing:
o Develop strategies to increase ticket sales for theatre performances, festivals, and special events.
o Coordinate promotional campaigns across digital, print, and media channels.
* MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Events):
o Lead sales initiatives to promote venue meeting and conference spaces.
o Identify new MICE opportunities and cultivate strong relationships with corporate clients.
* Building Corporate Relationships:
o Establish and nurture corporate partnerships to expand market reach and drive group bookings.
o Collaborate with corporate sponsors for events and create mutually beneficial marketing initiatives.
* Marketing of All Outlets:
o Oversee marketing of all venue outlets, including restaurants, bars, and event spaces.
o Create and manage campaigns to increase foot traffic and sales.
* Promotions & Event Management:
o Work closely with events team to promote and market upcoming events.
o Partner with influencers, local organizations, and media outlets to amplify event promotions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for reporting on account performance and monitoring key performance metrics.
