Maintenance Technician Role
Key Responsibilities:
1. Efficiently identify, diagnose and rectify faults on production lines.
2. Regularly monitor equipment performance and intervene when necessary to optimize output.
3. Document and investigate issues, perform root cause analysis and communicate with teams effectively.
4. Ensure regular maintenance schedules are completed and documented accurately.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in FMCG/food manufacturing is advantageous.
* A strong background in mechanics or electrical engineering, with a minimum of 5 years' experience.
* Experience in planned preventative maintenance and fault finding/problem solving is essential.
* Relevant trades or diploma qualifications are required.
