As a startup, our focus is on building strong relationships with GP practices and growing our presence across the Irish primary care sector.We are now looking for a motivated Sales Executive who is keen to take a hands-on role in supporting the company’s early commercial growth.Role OverviewThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, generating opportunities, and closing deals. As one of the first commercial hires, you will take ownership of developing new business opportunities and introducing GP practices to the Kinesin platform.You will manage the full sales cycle, from identifying potential practices through to demonstrating the platform and closing new customers.As Kinesin continues to grow, there will be potential for this role to evolve into a future leadership position.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive sales of the Kinesin platform across GP practices and primary care organisationsProactively identify and generate new sales opportunitiesBuild and maintain relationships with GPs, practice managers, and healthcare stakeholdersDeliver product demonstrations to prospective clientsManage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to contract closeMaintain and develop a pipeline of prospective customersAttend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities where relevantProvide feedback from the market to help improve messaging and product positioningRequirementsProven track record in sales, ideally in SaaS, healthcare, or B2B technologyStrong ability to close deals and build relationships with clientsComfortable generating leads and managing your own pipelineExcellent communication and negotiation skillsSelf-starter who enjoys working in a startup environmentAbility to work independently in a remote/hybrid roleFamiliarity with the Irish healthcare or GP landscapeExperience selling practice management software or healthcare IT systemsExisting network within Irish primary careWhat We OfferCompetitive base salary (€60,000 – €80,000) with commission structureOpportunity to join an early-stage startup and help shape its growthFlexible remote/hybrid working arrangement (Dublin-based preferred)High level of autonomy and responsibilityPotential for the role to grow into a future leadership position as the company expands
