Sales Manager-Facility Management
We are seeking a driven and strategic
Sales Manager
to lead the growth of our Integrated Facilities Services division across Ireland.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-performance environment, enjoys building long-term customer relationships, and can inspire teams to deliver exceptional service.
What You'll Do
Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, ensuring clear targets, coaching, and accountability.
Build strong relationships with key clients across multiple sectors, understanding their needs and offering tailored FM solutions.
Drive new business growth through strategic prospecting, tender management, and market insights.
Work closely with operations, finance, and senior leadership to create winning proposals and deliver profitable contracts.
Develop annual sales plans, pipeline forecasts, and performance reports to support commercial decisions.
Represent the organisation with professionalism at client meetings, networking events, and industry forums.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in a
Sales Manager or Senior Business Development role
, ideally within FM, services, property, or a related industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams to consistently achieve targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Commercially minded with strong analytical abilities and experience owning sales pipelines end-to-end.
Confident handling tenders, proposals, and contract negotiations.
Full, clean driver's licence and willingness to travel nationwide as required.
