Oracle ERP Cloud Project Manager

Responsibilities
Successfully manage the delivery of Version 1’s Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM/EPM projects.
Work with the customer to confirm scope, goals, objectives and business justification; secure resources (people and budget).
Lead and oversee progress of project plans in line with time, cost and quality.
Manage customer expectations and monitor scope creep.
Manage agreed scope, ensuring Change Requests are identified and signed off prior to work commencing.
Assist the customer project manager with monitoring tasks and progress of customer activities.
Report progress to the Steering Group/Sponsor and Version 1 senior stakeholders; escalate issues as needed.
Continually assess risks and issues; monitor decisions made by the customer.
Monitor and report on project budget and P&L ownership.
Lead an effective project communication strategy; identify inter-dependencies among stakeholders; mitigate and communicate risks.
Ensure appropriately skilled resources are delivering the project; manage availability and performance of consultants.
Travel to customer sites as required and permitted.
Assist in pre-sales and business development opportunities.
Qualifications
Experience implementing Oracle ERP Cloud projects end to end.
Delivery and implementation experience for a consultancy or systems integrator.
Experience leading multiple projects concurrently.
Project Management experience in delivering complex Oracle Applications projects using Oracle AIM and OUM methods.
Prince2 or similar; Microsoft Project.
Experience with fixed price/budget, commercial and customer experience.
Governance (gate control, status reporting); scope management expertise.
Stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills across all levels.
