About the Role: We are seeking a passionate Sous Chef to join our kitchen team for the summer season. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled chef to play a key role in a fast-paced, high-quality kitchen and support the Head Chef during our busiest months.

* Support the Head Chef in the smooth operation of the kitchen
* Supervise and lead junior kitchen staff during service
* Ensure all dishes are prepared to a high standard and in a timely manner
* Assist with menu planning, stock control, and ordering
* Maintain excellent hygiene, safety, and food quality standards (HACCP compliance)
* Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and efficient working environment
Requirements:
* Minimum 4 years experience in a professional kitchen
* Proven experience working in a busy, high-volume restaurant
* Strong cooking skills with a good knowledge of seasonal produce
* Able to lead and motivate a team
* Excellent communication and time management
* Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
* HACCP certification desirable
