ERP Project Manager
A key player in our team is needed to lead and manage the entire lifecycle of ERP projects. This includes planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactive Monitoring and Support: Continuously monitor and support the Oracle Cloud ERP environment, particularly focusing on Oracle Finance modules such as Accounts Receivable (AR) and Tax.
* Troubleshooting and Resolution: Troubleshoot complex functional and technical issues, collaborating with stakeholders to resolve them efficiently.
* Functional Validation and Setup: Participate in functional validation, setup, testing, and implementation for ongoing Oracle Fusion production support.
* Requirements Management: Elicit, analyze, and manage project requirements to ensure they are well-understood and feasible.
* Project Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, process maps, functional design documents, and training materials to facilitate knowledge sharing and future reference.
* Issue and Defect Management: Triage and manage issues, defects, and enhancements from implementation through to quarterly releases, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 6 years of experience: As a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, Product Owner, or Business Consultant on Oracle ERP.
* Bachelor's degree: In computer science, business, or a related discipline.
* Cloud certifications: In related applications, demonstrating expertise in Oracle ERP and cloud technologies.
* Proficient skills: In OTBI and other reporting tools for ad-hoc reporting and data analysis, as well as knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint.
* Strong project management skills: Understanding of project lifecycles, including Agile methodologies.
* Business-focused individual: Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and multitask with attention to detail.
