* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners, providing end-to-end support across the full lifecycle of the company's livestock solutions.
* Collaborate with sales teams and channel partners to deliver seamless pre- and post-installation assistance, including training, onboarding, and technical guidance.
* Manage and resolve customer inquiries and product issues through phone, email, and CRM/ticketing systems, ensuring timely completion of Level 1–3 support tasks.
* Deliver product training, knowledge sharing, and industry insights to customers and internal teams, maintaining up-to-date expertise in the dairy sector and the company's technologies.
Requirements:
* Experience in Technical Support
* Experience with both software and hardware support
* Experience with the dairy/farming/agriculture industry
