Orthopaedic Clinical Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team in providing technical support and training to our customers. * Key Responsibilities:
o Provide customers with technical advice and guidance on product usage and surgical techniques.
o Engage with surgeons to develop sales opportunities and advise on leads.
o Support customer management activities, including stock and equipment ordering.
o Maintain accurate records of customer activity on our CRM system.
o Contribute to the development of product knowledge with our sales team.
