Senior Engineering Leader
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Engineering Leader to drive the engineering function at our site. Reporting to the Site Head, this role is a key member of the senior leadership team and will play a critical part in delivering site strategy, operational excellence and long-term growth.
* Lead site engineering performance across Safety, Quality, Compliance, Cost and Delivery
* Partner with senior site leadership to achieve operational and financial objectives
* Promote equipment reliability and maintenance excellence in a regulated environment
* Evaluate capital projects for approval
